Overview
A compact 80-channel source measurement system supporting independent voltage/current sourcing and measurement per channel. Designed for low-power applications ranging from simple electronic circuits to complex photonic integrated circuits.

• Real-time voltage reading with 0.15–1 mV resolution (range-dependent, 16-bit) and current reading with 25 µA resolution.
• Control via intuitive GUI or SCPI commands (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, C#)
• Ethernet connectivity (USB-to-Ethernet adaptor included)
• Optional Premium features: configuration save/upload, CC/CV sequence automation, data recording, per-channel short-circuit protection
• CE and RoHS3 (2015/863) compliant
Note: The Basic version operates on a fixed ±16 V output range. Software-selectable sub-ranges (±2.5 V / ±5 V / ±10 V) for higher-resolution operation are a Premium feature — see Basic vs. Premium Features below.
